I have a hard time with workout videos and feel the same way - I feel like I'm super uncoordinated and definitely need someone to make sure I'm doing the moves correctly. I did find some short videos on PopSugar that I like doing they are 5 minutes and target specific body parts so I can do a few of them each day.

I usually walk - I try to walk outdoors when I can and since I'm not a big music fan, I listen to audio books when walking. It's a great way to get in more reading time!!! I'm in the middle of re-reading or in this case re-listening to Stieg Larsson's Trilogy in anticipation of the release of the new book in September.
