Hit My Reading Goal!

So as of last night, I have read 150 books this year which is crazy!  I decided to make things a little interesting and try to hit 200 books by the end of the year.  I have some reservations as to whether or not this will be possible but we'll see.

    Congrats on hitting your goal already! 150 is a lot of books. I made a goal to read 75 books this year and I have already read 84. I guess we both read more than we thought we would!

    Wow -- that's a lot of books! I took a huge break this year for a few months and didn't read anything (for shame!), but now I'm back on track. i was going to set a goal of 100 books for next year and hopefully surpass it.

Mailbox Monday (49)

It's time for another Mailbox Monday post!  Once again I could not resist the cheap ebooks that Amazon and Barnes and Noble were promoting this week.  I really need to stop!  I already have more than I can read.  I also was able to spend a little time browsing at the library and I came home with a nice stack of books.  These days, I hardly ever get to spend time at the library by myself for more than a minute or two so it was wonderful to have time to just wander and see what I could find.
